Honghai Expo Privacy Policy

"Honghai Expo" (the "App") is developed by Hangzhou Honghai Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"), a business tool for the exhibition freight forwarding industry, used by our corporate customers and their staff to look up exhibitions, bills of lading, and freight charges. This policy explains how the App handles information.

The App is not open for public self-registration. Accounts are created and managed by each corporate customer's administrator in their own business system; the App itself provides no self-service sign-up or password reset. Business data belonging to different corporate customers is kept isolated from one another.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect location data, contacts, calendar, health data, camera or photo library content, device identifiers for advertising tracking, or any identifier used for cross-app tracking. The App requests no device permissions at all. The App contains no advertising and does not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

2. How Query Text Is Processed

The App offers natural-language search: you type a sentence, and the system parses it into structured query conditions before running the query against the company's database. Specifically:

Parsing takes place on our own servers; no overseas third-party large-language-model service is used;
Only the query text you typed is transmitted — your business data is not sent anywhere for this purpose;
Query results are computed and returned directly by the database; the language model never performs monetary calculations.

3. Storage and Protection of Information

Business data is stored in a server database, accessible only to authorized staff of the owning company.
Login passwords are stored as salted hashes; neither the server nor the client ever returns a plaintext password.
Communication between the App and the server is encrypted via HTTPS.
A time-limited access token is issued at login and expires, requiring you to log in again.

4. Retention and Deletion

Business data is retained according to the corporate customer's operational needs and applicable law. Staff accounts are managed by that company's own administrator: when an employee leaves or changes role, the company's administrator disables or deletes the account in their business system. If you wish to access, correct, or delete account information related to you, please first contact your employer's administrator; you may also reach us using the contact details below.

5. Children

The App is a workplace business tool intended solely for the working staff of our corporate customers, and is not directed at or intended for use by children.

6. Changes to This Policy

Any update to this policy will be posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date above revised accordingly. Material changes will additionally be communicated through an in-app notice or via our corporate customer channels.
