This page explains how to ask us to delete the data associated with your Honghai Expo account, what we delete, and what we keep.
We complete verified requests within 30 days.

Shipment, bill-of-lading and freight-charge records are not deleted. These are the business records of the freight-forwarding company you work for — they belong to that company, not to you personally, and they exist independently of the app. Deleting your account removes your access to them; it does not delete the company's records.

If you believe a business record contains your personal information and you want it corrected or removed, contact your employer's administrator, who controls that data. You may also write to us and we will help.
Honghai Expo requests no device permissions. It does not collect location data, contacts, calendar, photos, camera content, health data, advertising identifiers, or any identifier used for cross-app tracking. It contains no advertising and does not sell or share your information with third parties.
